First Helium Inc. (TSXV: HELI) is a helium exploration and development company registered in British Columbia, Canada. It is focused on exploring for and developing helium reserves in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin.
Helium is an often overlooked commodity that has high-value economics, with growing industrial demand and limited new sources of supply. Its core property located at Worsley, Alberta is located in regional proximity to key helium processing and liquefaction infrastructure in the Western and Central United States. The Company has successfully tested its first discovery well and is looking forward to bringing it into production along with exploring and developing future helium resource on its significant undeveloped land base at Worsley.

Founder
Mr. Loeber has 30+ years of experience financing early stage resource companies and developing one of the largest pure silver mines in the U.S. He has previously founded Sandspring Resources and Carlisle Goldfields (Canadian mining company). Mr. Loeber serves as a promoter with an extensive network in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Ed Bereznicki

Mr. Bereznicki is a seasoned energy executive with E&P, risk management, operations, and pipelines experience, as well as 15 years of Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and Financial Advisory Expertise as Senior Energy Investment Banker with Raymond James and GMP. He has raised over $20 Billion in value for start-up’s and IPO’s in the Energy Sector, and been involved in over 30 successful M&A transactions totaling more than $4.5 Billion.
Robert J. Scott
CPA, CA, CFA – CFO & Director
Mr. Scott is an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience In accounting and corporate compliance, corporate finance, and merchant and commercial banking. He is a CPA, CA and a CFA charterholder and has spent the last 15 years as a Senior Officer and Director of a number of issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. In that time he has helped raise in excess of $200 million in equity and has gained extensive experience in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, corporate restructuring and mergers, and acquisitions, as well as cost-effective management of operations.
He currently holds Management and Board Positions with a number of TSX-V Listed Issuers.
David L. Safton
M.Sc. Geology with distinction – Vice-President Exploration and Development
Mr. Safton is a well-versed earth science executive with 30+ years experience in Alberta’s oil and gas exploration and development. He has been a co-founder and operator of a private oil and gas company since 1998, and has held various positions in senior management and boards of public companies.
Shaun Wyzykoski, P.Eng.

Mr. Wyzykoski is a member of the
founding Engineering group at Crescent Point Energy. With 25+ years experience
in the Canadian Oil and Gas Industry, he has extensive background in Operations,Engineering, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Finance/Capital Markets.
His previous positions include former COO, Orlen Upstream Canada, Officer, Fairmount Energy and TriOil Resources.
